My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms could have been a little warmer but were spacious and had a fully tiled bathroom. The breakfast was good, and having air conditioning was a welcome change after a sweltering stay in Venice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and even went out of their way to assist us in a bizarre situation. The housekeeping service was on point, and they showed us to a room conveniently located next to the Front Desk.

The hotel's location is not perfect but not bad either. It's near the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to the city center. Just keep in mind that it can get noisy in the midnights due to the nearby busy bar.

The breakfast was good and consisted of a variety of items, including poached eggs, hot toast, cheese, cold meats, and more. However, it may be limited for those who don't eat sugar and ham in the morning.
